Opening the sacrum and the cerebellum, I find
a lot of heat in the body-- ofcourse, I am doing it from the core point. Is it a normal reaction or the body is supposed to cool down?

As I have just started working on the CoreII videos,I would like to be corrected.By the way, I do not have any difficulty in locating the core point.

There is no real "supposed to" here. The average response is a sense of coolness being generated the longer you have it open and the further that you open it.
