A few weeks back I started to tractor beam my complete pelvis, both femurs,tibias and fibulas in one go successfully.I have combined the tractor beaming with a Core 2 technic. It feels the same as if I would have done one bone after the other.
It's very easy.
1st. womb the the area and visualize the bones or organs,
2nd. start to tractor beaming all bones/organs and at the same time,
3rd. imagine the wall of the womb being magnetic and the bones/organs are moving towards the womb wall
4th. Let the bones or organs rest/stick at the wall.
I use this when my spasms are strong and have to transfer myself from my wheelchair into my car or bed.
It saves a tiny bit of time but also eases everything at once what is a great comfort.

I think when we're encouraged to experiment and see what works for us this is exactly the sort of thing they had in mind.
