alain, have you used any of the Core techniques to treat burns, and if so how effective is the core compared to basic Q.T.

I haven't worked with burns much. I have tried it on myself for minor burns, but I only worked on it till I got rid of the pain. It took about 20 seconds. It was a burn from a car lighter that I was testing, put my thumb right on it. Worked on it for the short time and then pretty much forgot about it.
