Sometimes I will womb the area in question, let's say someones entire head for example. Then I will have trouble seeing the interesting things. Sometimes I will have trouble because i'm seeing too many interesting things. Sometimes I know the things are there but they are so faint that I can't tell what's dissolving and what my progress is like.

So what I do everytime now is simply ASK to see anything I want to see. This helps A LOT! I usually ask "can i see the intersting things really bright?" and so afterwards they tend to show up in this bright orange color and it becomes very clear what it is I have to work with.

Other times there are too many interesting things because I've wombed too large of an area so what I'll do is ask again. If insomnia is the issue for example, i'll just say "can I just see all the interesting things that are related to the insomnia." And this always tends to "solidify" the things that are already there and a lot of other junk disappears and I just tell myself I'll work on the other junk if I have time, hehe.

So always remember that phrase, Ask and it is given. Simple stuff!

I LOVE that idea. I've certainly had similar experiences with too many interesting things. I'll give it a try. Funny how we forget how simple it can be! Just ASK!

I have a key "asking word" to shrink down and simplify an area I'm working with...I simply say (mentally) "minimize," and the wombed area gets smaller and more pinpoint accurate; keeps me on task. Funny that Anto sees his "interesting areas" orange...mine look orangish-reddish-brown LOL
