Hello folks --

I took Core 1 back in February of 1007. I loved it!

I was just watching the opening clip of the Core 2 video -- in it Alain talks about being comfortable opening the sacrum. I don't remember this from the class. Am I just forgetting something? Was it maybe talked about differently before? Can someone refresh my memory?

No, you didn't miss it. This is something we introduce in Core 2.

I think I misunderstood the video clip. I was thinking Alain was talking about reviewing stuff from Core 1 before proceeding with Core 2. I see now that it is a new thing.
