I had an interesting experience today. I attended a Core I workshop last weekend. I was very aware of the alignment and elongation results from the workshop in myself. Yesterday, I felt I needed a "tune-up" so included some elongation exercise in my nightly routine last night. This morning while I was conducting a meeting, one of my teachers kept looking at me and finally said, "This is strange, but you look taller!" I just couldn't help grinning from ear to ear. And I said, "You know what. I am!"
