Since taking core 2 I haven't had much chance to practice for various reasons. hopefully that is changing now.

Anyway since taking Core 2 I really feel the depth of the work and being able to take the work deeper. Thanks for the class Alain. It was very profound for me and I am still processing it.

I was off for a short holiday trip with a friend who was having problems with the patella on her right knee. She had it all taped up. After hiking and walking around a bit it was worse and her whole leg was swollen. She asked me to work on her. Of course what came to mind first was Core.

She lay on the couch with her leg elevated and I just sat next to her knee in a chair in front of her. As it was awkward I just decided to do it all with the hands off. I mentally built a womb of love, my favorite, and started with the knee. Within minutes she was snoring which she did for the next hour. For me it felt timeless as I went deeper and deeper into quiet. Healing light and expansion and lightness passed in front of my screen starting with the knee and slowly expanding down the leg,totally encompassing the whole leg. When done the swelling had gone down to normal. the pain was gone. The next day she was able to walk around everywhere.but with sense and caution. It will probably need a few more sessions.

My friend had set her intention to herself, she told me later, asking the Holy Spirit to help her heal her mind about not being able to move forward and to work through me. She said that was all she remembered until I finished and asked if she had been asleep. On my side I had asked that her spiritual guidance be there and mine. I also stated as she be healed so would I as we are the I am. Interesting my sore left foot arch was all better at the end too! Pain gone.

This was one of those amazingly beautiful moments for which I have much gratitude. I am looking forward to working more with Core. It has so many possibilities. It really resonates with me in its beautiful elegant quietness.

Stories like this are the BEST. I echo your feelings about the Core 2 work, I was in the first class and am still processing, LOLOL. I have a nice story to tell you in return, Karen.

A month ago I got an email, followed by a call, from a lady in a neighboring state, age mid-70s, feeling me out about a possible distant session, for a chief complaint of a slow heartbeat. She was having dizziness at times, when her heart rate fell into the high 30s. Yikes! The doctors are considering a pacemaker, & she wanted to try some distant energy work while the decisions were being made. She also had a swollen, painful right ankle.

During the session, which was mostly Core Transformation work, I had several strong impressions of "wrist..." & during the post-session phone conversation, I asked her about it. Yes, she said she forgot to mention the wrist tendonitis, which had flared up during the session, but by the end, was not painful.

Long story short, after 3 weeks of interim time, she scheduled another session, and gave the following feedback: The swelling in the ankle was gone in about 6 hours. The wrist tendonitis is 75% better and has remained at that level. And her heart rate has hovered around 70 for 4 weeks with no dizzy spells & no episodes of bradycardia. (abnormally slow rate) Since the heart rate has stayed so good, it raised her B/P a bit, and she is having to increase her blood pressure medication slightly, but she is so happy, and that medication change is not a problem.

The second session was yesterday morning, mainly to try to send some love to the blood pressure issue, and I don't have feedback yet from that. I too am so grateful to have this work! A healer like this lady just makes your day, your week, your month!

That is a great story too! Got to love the work!
I took core 1 last Fall and Core 2 in the end of May so I still have a lot to learn about using it yet. I have been going through the Core 1 DVD's again and can't wait for the Core two DVD to come out, which I understand is soon.

Well my friend had an ultra sound today and she didn't have a blood clot but somehow she has injured or strained something behind her knee which is bleeding and causing the pain. I worked on it a second time and a couple of times we both got the same image. I saw her floating in a indigo mist and she said she felt herself floating in a blue mist. I let her tell me her impressions first before I told her what I had experienced. Our minds were definitely connected. She felt something pop and shift. and so did I. I am going back today to give her another session. Her leg is really stiff today. I am getting l lots of practice anyway.

thought I would share a newby experience with you about a capsuled infection. (nothing about the core yet, but I ´m looking forward to it. Sounds interesting since this is what I do normally in phsycic work with people , getting images in my mind)

I have had a cronic infection in one of my theets for years (7 now). the dentist( 2 dentist´s actually) haven´t been able to get to the rooth canal and get rid of the infection(they think I have one extra set of rooth canal).
Now they belive it´s an infection and some kind of a tumour. (iiih!!!)

I have send energy in that thooth for 2 months now. It has gotten worse really by the energy. Not in pain, but in a nerv irritation. (feels like tingling pressure almost like pain)

a week ago it got even worse. When I looked in the mirrow I saw a white bubble in my gum below the thooth popping out.Looking terrible.
"MY GOD HERE IS THE TUMOUR!! growing out!" I thought. (nervous reg. nurse.LOL)
I phoned my present dentist and a specialist odentologist now taking on my case. Non of them was able to reach me since our phones that friday at work, wasen´t working.(I think now that this wasen´t any accident)
I got real worried. My guide /guarding angel said "don´t worry "

So I relaxed.
And by saturday that white thingie I thought was a tumour had bursted.
It was infection coming out by my gum from my thooth (at least what I think)

By this I wanted to say, if there is a infection lying inside your friends knee (like a torn). QT will find it´s way to get rid of it in it´s own way.And it might take time.
In my case what the dentist couldn´t reach with their hiddeous instrument, QT manage to drive out by an abcess. eeeewh!!
