I just ordered it as my Christmas present to myself

I really enjoyed taking the Core class this year, and I'm really looking forward to honing my skills with this amazingly simple and powerful method!

Sometimes I think I may have oversimplified the techniques, but keep forgetting to check the course notes. It'll be great to have the DVD to delve into the method again!

I just finished disc 3 yesterday. Am really loving the work and look forward to taking the classes for real.

Can't wait to order mine in the new year. I am far from where the courses are held and can't get to them so will have to settle for the DVD's for a while. I have seen the SC DVD's quite a few times and regularly use the techniques so can't wait to learn more.

Well, my Core Transformation DVD's arrived today and no customs charges to pay either - wow!! Had to on all the others, so I am very pleased.

Can't wait to start watching them, but I am too tired tonight as I have had a busy day.

just a quick question if anyone can help me. I am saving to buy some of the dvd's but i never knew i might have to pay custom charges ! How much is it, anyone know?

I have had to pay customs charges on two of my orders. I paid it for the initial QT dvd's before doing the introductory course and that was about £18. I then had to pay about £20 for the Supercharging DVD's. I was quite surprised that I have not had to pay it on the CT DVD's.

Some people in the States manage to get round the customs charges by underdeclaring the value of the items. This has happened when I have ordered DVD's from the Upledger Institute for cranial. They mark it as educational material.

If you are in the UK, mine was never any more than £20.

1. We don't have customs to pay in the States when items are shipped within the States. 2. These DVDs are legitimately educational materials, aren't they?!

I queried the custom charge on the grounds that I had not been asked to pay it before on the two DVDs I had purchased in the past and that the material was educational. This was accepted and the charge cancelled.

Sorry folks, that was a typo - I did mean the UK. As I said, I did have to pay customs charges on two occassions. I queried it with the post office, but they said that there was nothing they could do, if I wanted the items then I had to pay.

I had a really weird experience. My Core Transformation DVD's arrived last week, but I had not had time to watch them. I went and had a breathwork session on Friday with a practitioner near to me who is also a craniosacral therapist. It was a very powerful session and towards the end, I was lying there and felt a melting and melding sensation and a state of expanded consciousness. The thought of Core Transformation came into my head and I felt that is what it must be like.

I then watched the first of the DVD's yesterday, but did not practice the breath. I just watched Alain and Jody going around the group and helping people to find the Core Point.

I woke early this morning and after some tea decided to lie there in bed and do some meditation/breathwork. I did this and felt myself open out and the energy start to flow. I then felt my third eye open out and go absolutely mad and I then fell into this relaxed state of expanded consciousness. I lay there breathing gently and enjoying the inhale and letting my exhale be long and relaxed and felt this increased heat and tingling sensation going all the way down my arms and into my hands and I suddenly realised that I was exhaling from the core point. I could then suddenly feel all the diaphragms together from the perineum, the kidneys, the throat the palatines and the crown. I isolated them one by one and then felt them as a whole.

This was amazing and as Alain said on the DVD, I did get that feeling that I had melded so much I almost felt as if I had disappeared. Can't wait to watch the rest of them now.
