Aqib...You're on my list, and you have been. Yes I always use Core techniques, including wombing. My intentions are always health and healing for highest good. Many people read requests and do distant QT without responding.

Your request was not under Healing Requests, where people usually check frequently to see who is in need. I myself had major spine surgery on July 15 & did not see this until well after that, although I check the requests almost daily.

Dear Aqib,
Your healing does not depend on which technique someone uses to help you - you won't receive "more energy" or "better" because of Core. Most people are doing their best and combine both QT and Core techniques, so, there is no point to ask for healing in this section.

I would recommend to you that you consciously focus on your feelings about "don't receiving enough ...." - and "I'm in need for more ...." and observe whats going on in your body when you think about it.

Have you ever heard the expression "Whatever goes around comes around"? Or GIVE and you shal receive. Not once in all these years that you have been on this forum have you ever not asked for yourself and instead try to help someone else.

We understand that you have this condition and there are a number of people helping you, but maybe the reason you are not making any progress is because you only inhale and you never exhale. There can not be any life if we only inhale without exhaling.

Did you by chance pay attention to what Ali was saying? She had back surgery, did you offer to help her? Of course not because that just wouldn't be you.

So you see Aqib some of us are just getting a bit tired of your constant wining and me, me, me attitude.

This response is not ment to offend anyone and if I did I'm sorry. I'm only saying here what some others are thinking.

No this is not as u think about it Linda, u are wrong.

I do a lot of distance healing with QT n Reiki. There r many responses from me in healing requests section which u can check in older dates if u want so ..

Why u or others think about me in such a negative way is due to no reply to healing requests ?? .. Well, there r too many people who never have a reply to a request. This doesn't mean they all have ‘ Me Only ' attitude or ignorant people. This is a hard comment n i really dislike it.

There r too many people who do healing but didn't post a message about. I am also a one of such persons, so u can’t blame only me but if u want to do so then u have to write them all such words.

The major reason is that due to my muscular weakness, typing is not an easy task for me. I can type but with right arm, right hand n with one finger only..

So to type a single letter I have to lift up my whole arm from shoulder to finger tip. This is always a very tiring plus painful task for me n took too much time to type a message. So in what time u can type as many as 2 or 3 pages, I can type only 3 or 4 lines. That's why mostly I try to avoid typing a message until it is necessary to have a reply from my side.

Now I think its clear to u and others who have a negative thought about me.

And u know how much time it took to type above all message ???
It took 45 minutes with many resting breaks plus a good pain from right shoulder, arm, down to my hand..

Good Thoughts, Linda. I fully agree what you said.

I looked at Aqib's message history and there ARE a few replies to healing requests. There are also informational messages and question messages in addition to his healing requests.

It's true that many of us offer energy without posting.

While helping others can keep us from having negative emotions about our own issues, it's appropriate to ask for our own needs as well. There's enough energy to go around; it's not going to run out.

Can we play nice?

I feel very sorry to see how meanly someone responded to Aqib's post here. I also feel sorry that he spent 45 minutes responding to the unkindness and that it was so painful for him.

I rarely respond to healing requests and have only ever posted informational items or some questions about experiences I have had doing QT, but I did not realize until now, that there might be any expectation on the part of anyone that everyone who posts anything anywhere here must also participate in responding to the healing requests. I am sure there are many other people here, myself included, who have families, who work full time, who are already working energetically with the people in their own lives, who may have other interests and who are spending time learning about them, and who simply do not have time to include intensive work with the healing requests in their lives right now. I am sure there are many others who, for whatever reason, do not participate in the Healing Requests section, or who do and are not public about it. It is not anyone's business how we participate here, unless we are hurting someone else.

Anyway, I feel really sorry that Aqib was spoken to so negatively. No one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner and it is shocking to me that someone would speak this way to someone else in any QT discussion forum. We should be able to feel safe here, among other people of like mind, and we should not be made to feel that we are obliged to participate more than we are able to or more than we are inspired to in any area of this community. Let us please be kind here. There is enough pain in the world and we should not be creating any for each other.

I believe, he needs emotional healing first. If there is negativity or any hidden emotions, they will be taken care with Emotional healing. I am going to send him Emotional healing first. Let us see how he responds to that.I will request all to share their views so he have full life like us.

I'm sure Aqib's life is as full as anyone else's.

The wonderful things about QT are that we don't (and aren't qualified without additional medical licensing) to diagnose and that the body/mind/spirit intelligence knows exactly what and how it is needed. We only need to offer our love.
