I'm using the yin breath extensively - feeling bright after an 8 hour drive!
I think I remember Alain saying that there's a way to use the yin breath while breathing in (as well as while breathing out). If so, please would you let me know how to do this, or direct me to the information if it's written up somewhere? Thanks |

We are presently writing the book but it is about a year away from release.
To answer your question, you simply keep the same focus on the inhale. No big wow there. You can do the work on the inhale and the exhale. We usually suggest a break in the focus on the inhale particularly in the beginning. Once you are well versed and relaxed with the process just continue the focus on the inhale just as you have on the exhale. The work continues much as before. Enjoy! Thanks Alain,
I've tried extending to the inbreath, and like it. Previously I felt there was an interruption in the state of 'being' I was achieving on the outbreath. Looking forward to the eventual publication of your next book. With gratitude for the doors you've opened for me and my clients, |
