I don't have the DVDs but the technic is called true self and in the workshop we used the technic in the beginning. Maybe the chapter is called true self and is also at the beginning of the DVD set. Have a look.

The "official" name is called "Opening to a more complete self" an alternative name is "drawing yourself back in". Useful for people in shock also people on Chemo dealing with a lot of side effects from that process. It is good for other things as well.

Thanks Einar and Alain, it's the forth item on the second DVD Main Menu. Alain I made a file of the itens of the DVDs, all the itens according to the main menu of each DVD, it helps to find what we are looking for. Ithink it is a god idea to have it in the hands out.
