Please check this procedure:
1-Core Space focus,yin breathing(4/5 breaths-15 sec.exhale time)
2-Create a cocoon around pain area(with hands and/or in Core Sp.)
3-Start dissolving .
4-Focus the inside of cocoon now empty, continuing yin breathing(for about 5 min)
Any suggestions? Thanks,Francesco

It is basically correct except there is no need to count at all and the extra 5 minutes at the end is more than is necessary.

What is the motivation of you question?

I think part of the success relies on how "quiet" we keep our own systems. I think we should regularly do the diaphragm breathing at least (lie down on floor, knees up, feet flat, focus on core point and unravel/melt away). Right?

In the handout I remember there were a few things we should do to ourselves regularly and I believe the above was one of them, but I do need to recheck. I could just be contributing really bad information too, lol. :-D

Yes, it is useful to continue doing work on yourself and continueing to quiet your system. This only makes it better.
