Hey everybody, I had an awesome experience a few hours ago at my girlfriends place. She wanted to meditate so she had downloaded a bunch of guided-meditation mp3's and I told her that I will teach her the Yin breathe cause she'll like it.

So I taught her the basics about the yin breathe and the core point in your head. Now here's the cool part, just like in the core transformation workshop, I was able to feel whether she was in the core point or not. Not only that, but I was guiding her through the entire time.

I knew when she popped her awareness out of her corepoint, if the point was too low/high/forward, and exactly when she would find the spot ("there!"). This was really something spectacular as I had full confidence from the first second and she was absolutely blown away at my accuracy. I finally trust myself to let go and believe my feelings were not imaginations but actual reality. To me this is a great confidence builder in my feeling abilities and now I perfectly understand what Jody was saying when she said she "feels" the energy, since we were wondering if she sees it all the time or what.

So anyway, back to my girlfriend. I told her to touch my thigh and feel if she can feel the energy flow underneath her hand. She started to laugh and said, okay i don't feel the energy but what i'm seeing is under my hand is.. a fish instead of your thigh. She asked me what that means and I told her to just ask the universe, what does this mean? (Alain had mentioned that if the universe supplies information to him and it's not clear to him, he just asks for clarification and gets it.) So she did that and she started describing in great details that she was grabbing onto the fish and the fish was going through extemely fast "rushing" currents and she said but the currents are not choppy or turbulent but very smooth and straight. I told her that the water rushing sounds just like the energy flow. She was blown away by the imagery she was receiving that was symbolic of the energy flow in my thigh and so excited and happy.

Also she did the yin breathe while laying down with the knees up and she felt her arms from the shoulder to fingers completely unraveling like giant unspiraling action and at the end of her fingertips was just a smooth slow wave. I told her if she keeps doing it more and more of her body will become quiet and she'll experience all sorts of things.

Well I had a blast last night doing this and it is a sign of great things to come. The techniques I learned in CT require you to trust the feeling you are getting and treat it as valid, and it works!
