I am booked in to take an SC class in February.
There is a CT class 2 months later which I am considering booking up for because CT classes near me generally only happen twice a year.

My question is..

Is a 2 month gap between learning SC and CT enough? I don't want to overload myself with new techniques in too short a space of time.

It kind of depends on how much you practice the techniques after a workshop, and your personal needs in absorbing information. The techniques taught in the SC and CT workshops are very different so it will be like learning two completely different things. That said, I think 2 months is a reasonable amount of time in between. And doing the SC first is good because it is based on the regular QT breath which you already know. The whole approach of CT is a bigger change. But they are all good tools to have in your toolbox. So enjoy!

I took Supercharging about 5 months after the basic workshop. It took me another 18 months to feel ready to digest another set of techniques...Core Transformation...and about 6 months after that to actually get into a workshop. My advise is to wait and see how you feel after Supercharging. There is no rush, and sometimes it takes some time to integrate and make things your own before moving on. Sometimes you're ready for more right away.
