Alain or others is it supposed to feel quite fun in the core point; because for myself I do not, at least yet!

It wasn't really fun for me. It was more intriguing at how this was all possible. But it's not really "hard" to do either. For me, it is more so just a matter of getting focused and being in the right environment. What helps a lot for me is to get in the core-point lying on my back on the floor with my knees up and just relax (relaxing the diaphragms). That way I get used to the core-point and my body just unwinds. All you need to do is just be there and relax. Then when you sit up and want to work on someone, it becomes a lot easier to concentrate. Another thing that helps me focus is the Qi Gong move, I don't know if you know it, but it just centers me I guess. Hope that helps.

Well I have just started CT but it has seemed to me so far that Supercharging or the Sweep and Breath is a lot about fun and happiness, while Core is about Relaxing I guess, but the fun is not there (as much)? Lol just wondering.

At first it takes more concentration to be sure you're in the Core point, so people often forget about having fun there. But once you're comfortable with it you can have fun with it. Especially with some of the techniques like "poking with a stick"! That said, it also depends on what resonated more for you. Personally, I find regular QT to me more "work", and the Core techniques more effortless. But sometimes I get caught up in "trying" or "doing" and forget to just be and then it's work too, and also doesn't work as well! It's all an ongoing practice of "allowing" and noticing where you are coming from.

It seems to me it is more about what you call "fun". I enjoy and revel in the meditative state and blossom within that. Because Core is about being as the forefront of the focus it is perhaps more "awesome".
Each moment unfolds, who are you in that moment? How might you become so that opening occurs? There in lies the "joy" of the work for me. Alain Herriott instructor (advanced QT classes) |

Yeaah! You two have really inspirational words, I love it!
I must share more now since I realized the potential you can have Charlie. After you get used to it, you can do some crazy things and play with everything! The more you let go of who you are at the moment and expand your abilities (or release the beliefs that limited your abilities), you can do some incredible transformations to the client! Think about getting so into the allowing and stillness of yourself that the core-point you are in becomes more of a lucid dream where anything can happen. While you are healing, you know what needs to be done and you can setup incredible intentions that can get the job done really effortlessly while at the same time you are not forcing any change! Damn, I just realized the power of ALL the QT techniques combined is incredible. |

Peace, healing, love, happiness, and joy: have it; share it! |
Hi guys,
I came to realize that I have spontaneously spent a lot of time in this space before I realized there was a way to "go" there and techniques one can apply while there. I imagine others who can be "spacey" at times go there too: people call us "daydreamers" and we often would get in trouble at school. Thank goodness Alain found such a practical, reliable, and very power application for this! Sometimes I used to sit across the room from someone who was sick and "daydream" them better by closing my eyes, "getting that dreamy feeling" and then thinking about and "going into" them with healing intent. It even seemed weird to me, but I liked doing it. I wouldn't speak a word about it to anybody (even energy healers), because it seemed too "New-Agey" & flaky to take seriously. That is because I never came away with a method I could point to or expand upon in any meaningful way: it was all way too foggy. This is all juuust soooo awesome!!! HI All,
The Core Point reminds me of shamanic states of consciousness, just more practical directions to enter into it. It is fun to unfold into potentialities. Just took the Core class taught by Jody. It was awesome and beautiful. yeah I know mush, but hey it is what it is. blessings Jack |
