Hello, I just can't seem to find the Core Point. I have been looking for it for 1,5 month now, but I can't find it. What am I doing wrong? It is really frustrating as I really would like being able to do CT. Sorry for my bad English, I'm from Holland Thanks for reading! Greets, Dennis

Denn, you're probably trying too hard. Ease back a little, rest the effort for a day or two, & stop worrying about it. Try to contact Linda Menkhorst in Holland, or Yolanda von Rosmalen (spelling?) as they can probably help you. Think along the lines of just wandering around aimlessly in your head, back from the "windows," (the orbits of the eyes,) relaxed, looking toward the windows ahead & slightly above you. As if you were reclining in a beach chair.......floating....and just allow yourself to fall into the right spot. You just drift in, & you will feel it and click! Once there -- you will be able to do it again & again. Jody Herriott gave us the beach chair idea in a class & it works for me. When I have helped others to find Core Point, very often, just asking them to move back in their head a bit snaps them right into it. Sometimes my students will just drift slowly in their head like dust in a sunbeam, imagining that when they reach the right spot, they will fit into it like a key in a lock, and stick there. It is just a visualization, like a roulette ball moving round & round, till it sticks in one spot. You are just drifting, allowing yourself to hit the right spot just by accident, (and you will) and allowing your natural mind/body/spirit to recognize when you are there. You have probably reached core point many times, but perhaps did not allow yourself enough time to recognize it. So slow down, move back a bit inside your head, drift, look out the windows (orbits) ahead & slightly above you, & give yourself enough time to recognize when you're there. It's a matter of allowing rather than trying to grasp for it. Hope that helps. Love to all. Alice H. Practitioner and Instructor Turn your face to the sun -- The shadows fall behind. Hi Alice, thank you very much, I haven't read such a good explanation! I will try it, but not too hard of course Thank you!

Alice has made a very good point. Also as you practice feel for the symptoms of being in the right place. Remember that it is not a point but a region. If, after more experimentation you can't find it, you can always set up a private session with me and I can coach you through the process.
