Still waiting for my SC and Core DVDs to arrive but does anyone know if Core is similar to THETA HEALING? From some of the discussions on the forum they seem to have some basic features in common.
I possibly have the chance of attending a Theta workshop and wondered if anyone could advise if they have already done it. Thanks Love and Light Faune Certified Practitioner - Yep I made it!! |

Looks like some folks have.
Click onto the "Find" button and type in "theta" Use a small "t" and no quotation marks of course. Christina Blessings, Love, Laughter, and Big Warm Hugs |

I can share my own experience with Theta. I had to separate phone sessions with people who trained under Vianna and I felt absolutely no change during or after the sessions. If you decide to try a session make sure it's with Vianna as she seems to be the only one that can make the changes she talks about in her book. I've read and re-read her book and could not replicate the changes or results she gets.
Core Transformation is a great healing technique which I can do on myself or others with consistent results. Many folks on this froum can do CT with good results as well. My2c. Blessings Steve |

I had a similar experience as you, Steve - I was excited by the website, got the book, and also had one session each with two Theta healers, one newer and one more experienced, both highly recommended. And I didn't feel any shifts. Then again, the reason I got interested is that a friend had permanent, significant results from one treatment with the newer healer. So maybe it's just a matter of different strokes for different folks.
Re: similarity to Core - from reading the book, it involves a lot of muscle testing and repetitive phrases to find out what's involved. It doesn't sound much like Core. Hi everyone,
I use theta. And find it great as well as core. And I observed instantaneous changes with both techniques. To me – question isn’t which one is better since they are easily combined, both one with another and also with anything else, and lastly both are techniques which help us to re-discover our natural human abilities. Main reason I find people don’t succeed to produce tangible results with theta is that when faced to something they don’t believe it is possible to: do it / change it / heal it/ materialize it – and there is the end of theta - since it requires certain state of being instead of doing something. Another important aspect of theta is wording: it is of highest importance which words will one use, since it will produce very different results, and from there many conclude that they didn’t get what they asked for. But, when analyzing - it is always that they got exactly what they said, even if that wasn’t what they think it is /or should be. Re: muscle testing – theta doesn’t require it, it is merely helpful step in discovering are we in a flow or not. All those statements also aren’t necessary, but valuable to most people to overcome their previous mental/ believe programming, and clearing many energetic thought-forms. What is similar in core and theta is stepping out of way, observing and allowing. With Love Jelena |

Jelena, good to hear you've had success with Theta. Did you take the course with Vianna or someone else?

I've experienced one theta healing session and was not impressed. I felt no difference whatsoever after the session, and the practitioner used a type of muscle testing to verify her results, but she hardly used any force at all when she wanted a "yes" answer and she darn near broke my fingers when she wanted a "no" answer.
I could tell that she was a well-meaning and kind person, but she didn't leave a good impression with me with regard to theta healing. |

Hi Steve,
I didn't take course in Theta. Theta is using same principles as Silva method, which I used for 12 y before the Theta. So reading the book was enough info for me to know how to do it and have results right from the start. In fact, if you read the book - you know you can make it work for you easily, just ask to be so.
