Hello, I've been practicing and studying energy modalities for a few years now, and i just finished watching my friend's copy of the Core 1 DVDS. very good! and so now i have some questions

i'm temporarily defining CT as a yin~quantum approach to harmony, which i find to be great, as yang methods sometimes cause me a bit of adrenal tension. it's very similar to alexander technique and a bit of high level reiki and a touch of matrix energetics.

when i was a child, for the first 6 years of my life i had horrible ear infections. i fear those experiences have changed my vestibular and sinus systems, and maybe even my pineal and pituitary glands. does anyone have any thoughts on this?

i can't seem to find info on Core 2. is there a book, dvds? what does it entail? would anyone be willing to discuss their experiences with it?

Hi Darius

Core 2 are more technics like emotional, allergy work and a fair bit more. But the breathing technic is the same as Core 1.

Can you breath normal through your nose?
If so, than there shouldn't be a problem.

Core Point is not an organ it's an energy center that's how I would define it. But I hope Alain or Jody can clarify this point more if I'm wrong.
