I want to womb a disc in my lower back. Since it's kinda hard to reach do I just put imaginary hands around it? Or can I just put my mind (awareness) around it?

Yeah ever since learning the core-stuff.. you realize how everything is truly done in the mind. The challenge now becomes how creative you can be with these things since the possibilities are infinite!
