I have had success releasing the history (old emotional vibes, etc.) from an object using the Core. Just put a Core womb around the object and let the history steam away.

Another wonderful benefit I experienced from the Core class is that it reduced my tendency to be re-active to people and events around me (I am more in the witness place). It was quite amazing during the week-end. When I went home after the first night, I found that I was witnessing so many events that would be ticked me off (a little or a lot). And equally amazing, something changed in my energy and other people (like family) were not reacting to me!

I found this effect levels off after the initial day. I have to consciously work this for it to continue further (which it has).

It sounds like your energy changed and therefore your point of attraction changed. You were no longer reacting, and therefore you were not attracting reactive vibrations. It is amazing how when you change your vibration, all the vibes around you shift.
