Hello Everyone!

We have just finished watching the Core DVD's in preparation for our workshop this coming week and just want to let you know that they are well worth purchasing - whether you will be attending a workshop or not.

You can learn the Core Point and the Wombing, Steam Release and other techniques just by following Alain and Jody's excellent instruction.

Clearly the workshop is the ultimate experience to get personal direction to maximize and refine your technique, but it is often hard to get to a workshop so these are a wonderful alternative and money very well spent!

Thank you so much to Alain and Jody for putting the Core Transformation workshop and DVD's together - this work is amazing!
