For the past four and a half months I have added 20 minutes of Qigong to my daily early morning yoga routine. The results have been quite significant. Not only am I physically and emotionally more balanced, my core sessions have taken on new dimensions. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Thanks for the reply and encouragement! It's interesting that you mentioned Tai-Chi, as I just purchased a DVD on the yang short form by Terence Dunn. It looks interesting and I hope to begin fitting some of the exercises into my morning routine. Pretty soon I'll have to start getting up at 5:00 to complete all this Life-Force enhancement.
