Opening the cerebellum really helps with lucid dreaming and astral projection. It makes the experience much deeper and clearer. It also enables me to stay in these states of conciousness for longer periods. Pretty cool stuff!

Regards

Julie, opening the cerebellum is part of the Quantum Touch course "Core Transformation 2." This is the most advanced of the four levels or classes offered in QT.

The courses are:
Basic QT
Supercharging
Core Transformation 1
Core Transformation 2.

Opening the cerebellum is part of the most advanced course, impossible to explain to a newbie, and is not within the scope of the message board to answer. The answer would not make sense to a person who has no experience in QT. Sorry, but you aren't ready yet.

Lucid dreaming and astral projection are experiences that are hard to relate to this work, and are not part of Quantum Touch per se.

QT is a healing modality, which you may wish to learn more about. Good luck.

Hi all,
I would appreciate if someone describe more bodily experiences regarding opening cerebellum.
What effects have you observed after opening it in your daily life?
How long did you do it? How to know when it is enough?
I have that winged, evolving feeling in the back of my head, and it is nice, but i'm not sure how to know weather I done it properly?

With Love,
Jelena

Hi Jelena
Sometimes I feel it at the back of my head and other times it extends to my neck through to the shoulder blades, like wings.

I do this now and again, nothing regular or after stretch exercises. It feels as if I'm physically more complete- more a tuned to myself. This feeling/ being can last for a few hours.

all the best

Einar

Forgot to say that I only do it for e few minutes,5 minutes most. Never thought of doing it longer. I guess you can meditate with it very nicely.

see ya Wink

I open mine every morning, it takes maybe a minute or two after you start opening it regularly. A lot of times it seems to open all the way with just a few breaths. It makes me feel at ease, objects appear to be brighter or fuller, syncronicities also increase.

You know it is open when it feels like it is done unraveling.

HI all,

Einar, thanks.

Transistor, I know when it is open, I can both sense it and see it. I don't have problems in opening it, either, and I can see/sense when it done unraveling.

I usualy feel it in a body as a more flexibility, kind of "action" in overall unbounded melting feeling, and can see it as a shiny winged formation. Those wings stay there for quite a while.

But, I'm interesting in what have you observed in your daily life regarding that. If I label opening cerebellum as "action" that was caused by my observance - what is influenced by it, what are consequences in daily life.
Everything is changed by observing, but I would like to hear about experiences.

You said that you observed more synchronicities in your life because of that. I have observed the same by mere being in a core point, so is there any aha moment/feeling that you know it is because cerebellum?

With Love

As far as syncronicities go, when you initially experience them as a result of drawing yourself in and/or opening the cerebellum, they seem pretty amazing. But as you go further into it I guess you realize that every moment of life really is a syncronicity. To me it is just an experience of the interconnectedness of life.

Do I know it is because of the cerebellum being open? Without a doubt. I experienced syncronicities before, but they weren't as obvious.
