Slowly working my way through the Core Transformation DVD.
Alain has mentioned the "big four exercises" number of times. Could someone tell me the "big four"? Should I be doing them daily? Hope these aren't stupid questions? |

1. The diaphragm Breath
2. Standing and letting the energy up and through 3. Lying and feeling the energy in two directions 4. Pouring forward Practice as often as you like but 15 minutes a day or longer is often found beneficial. You also don't have to do all four every day. You can pick one or two and focus on that for a day, or a week, or as long as you feel like you're getting something from it.
