Life Is Good :Thumbs Up: |
When I'm working in the core-point in the late evening, I find myself not being able to work on the womb continiously. Generally after 10 minutes I find myself all of a sudden dreaming or thinking about other things in the core point and I have to snap out of it and concentrate on the issue at hand. But once I start day-dreaming a little, it's very hard for me to focus completely on the womb anymore for the rest of the session and I will give up soon. I know this occurs because it's late night but are there any tricks to staying focused?

Try working in the morning when you aren't tired.

Think of the "day dreaming" as another aspect of the wombing and making space, rather than a resistance in your ability to concentrate.

Hmm, interesting suggestion Alain. I will try that out, the more I think about it, the more I believe I can work with it. Ali, I would love to but one of my clients gets extreme abdominal pain and it happens to be at night sometimes.
