I just realized, after just writing about and pondering the Core QT method, and having worked with the Energy Cone Technique (ECT, see my post to UK QT-ers in the General Discussion Forum) and pondering it, then reading about CT II, that I can use the CT techniques to dissolve the same "trauma cysts" that ECT, Craniosacral Therapy, and the other energy psychology methods remove.
Woweezowee! How cool is that?

I imagine wombing would be helpful to provide a safe emotional holding place for the process.

I'm wondering, Alain and Jody, whether these cysts are related to the blockages you mention
in your description of CT II. Makes me curious to come to this training the next time you come across the pond! You always have such innovative techniques to add to the mix!

Could be they are related, but don't know the ECT method. Will have to look into it.

There's no book or video on it yet: just the notes for his training and reviews. But the concept behind it is not original: he drew the working hypothesis from craniosacral therapy and the Roger Callahan's theory of how energy psychology works (Callahan originated Thoughtfield Therapy, and is grandfather of Gary Craig's Emotional Freedom Techniques [EFT], Larry Nim's Be Set Free Fast [BSFF], and Fred Gallo's Energy Diagnostic and Treatment Methods [EDxTM])

SomatoEmotional Release, another offshoot of craniosacral gives some more info on trauma cysts.

Interesting topic this is. I tried something new tonight with good results. My mother had called requesting QT, seems she had something lodged in her esophogus(sp?). She coudln't get water to go down, but couldn't get the blockage to come up either. This went on most of the afternoon before she called me. I started using the wombing technique on the esophogus, but I added the words "I'm sorry, I love you" inside the wombing circle. I visualized them floating around like ribbons. The energy level jumped immediatly. There were some ebbs and flows when I broke concentration. She called fairly soon, I am guessing 10 minutes and said thank you, and How do you do that so quickly. I feel this is her emotional check point. It seems to act up more when she is under stress. We discussed that and she said she will be more aware and think about that. Any way give it a try and let me know what you think.

Hello all:
Just posted on the Energy Cone Technique training in the general discussion forum, and have a strong sense CT 2 will cover some of the same ground using a different approach (the core point).
The training was valuable, and I feel I've moved forward with my proficiency in using it, as well as my intuitive ability to detect and clear trauma cysts using pure awareness (yin) and intent (yang) (ultimately, all types of healing can be done this way: we just need to make the conscious connection).

I've already been getting some great results with ECT, and am looking forward to mixing it with my own methods and CT (perhaps also SC). I'll keep you all posted!
