hi all -

I live and work with my clients three floors above ground level.

It seems to be more challenging to get my roots down from my feet and sacrum deep enough to access chi when I am on the 3rd floor than when I am outdoors standing/walking on the ground (which fortunately I do just about every day). I do visualize the roots going down 3 feet into the ground wherever I am.

Any input, suggestions?

I would let go of the idea of distance and just gently extend the roots until you encounter a return flow.

Thank you Alain and Nancy - it's working!

And hey, I'm going to be doing some air travel soon so I'm going to try to remember to do it then!
