Hi all,
I've been experimenting with the Age Reversal Technique ("ART") and CT breath to see whether I could combine the techniques (saves time, esp for those of us who are time-challenged... I find that doing the yin breath & having an allowing mentality results in the 8-12th chakras & the central channel to really spin faster than doing the yang breath. Generally anything I allow to spin using the yin breath spins a whole lot faster than if I were to use the yang breath. However, I'm not so sure if the ART still works when when I start mentally intoning u-nan when breathing into the Core Point. Question, will the ART still be effective if I combine it with the yin breath instead of the yang breath? Cheers, Keong Happy, Healthy & Wealth... |

Hi, Keong.
You pose a very interesting question. After a bit of thought, I'd like to offer my opinion. I look forward to seeing what Alain thinks as well. I think a key aspect of the Supercharging work remains in the breathing as it still involves Yang "pushing" or "infusing" energy into an area. Spinning up the chakras and central channel is definitely a key component of amplifying the work, but it is infusing the core with the U-NAN, intoning and white energy that makes it really click. I have a feeling that there comes a point where chakra/central channel spin is "fast enough" and using alternative breathing to get it faster may not net better results. As long as you feel that surge during the 6-6 breath as you hit the hyperspeed shift, it should be good to begin the transition into the 4-4 breath. Spinning the chakras and central channel can be done within a single breath, so it might be worthwhile for you to work on allowing that one Yin breath while you do the chakra placement and spinning. Once the chakras and central channel are up to speed, set it and forget it for the next hour and return to the regular breathing. Personally, I enjoy doing most of my work from the Core perspective regardless of the breathing appropriate for the job. That is to say, I'll try to work from the Core point even though I might be fire breathing or running a comfortable 4-4. I find that my awareness of what is going on both in me and in my client is greatly enhanced. trane -- // Trane Francks <trane@gol.com> // Practice random kindness and senseless acts of beauty. |

I really haven't played with the idea of combining the 2 techniques. I will play and see what happens. That said, the Core work creates a very allowing state. This should aid any process.

Hi,
Just want to share some experiences I had when playing & combining the techniques. As mentioned earlier, I found that having an allowing state by using the yin breath, the chakras & central channel spin faster & easier. Then I started intoning & allowing the unan pattern to come into my body & spread all over. It was a lot faster than if I was using the yang breath of pushing energy through. Generally, I find that having an allowing attitude enables a lot of things faster & easier. In other words, instead of pushing the unan pattern all over, I allow the unan pattern to spread when it's ready to do so. However, I can't really tell if the ART is really working with the yin breath? Any similar experiences or comments? Cheers, Keong |
