I am taking the Supercharging class in Feb (I have watched the dvd's already) and Core 1 in April this year. Core 2 is coming to UK in July and I am wondering if April - July is enough time inbetween to digest and practice Core 1 before learning Core 2.

Does anyone who has done all SC and CT 1/2 think that this will be information overload or is this enough time to absorb. I am keen to do CT 2 in July because I am assuming that CT2 will not taught that frequently in the UK.

If you practice a lot after the Core 1 in April, doing the Core 2 in July should be fine. The main thing is to be comfortable with the techniques. We do a bit of review the first morning, and then get into new information.

And yes, you are correct that the Core 2 won't be taught as often in the UK.

PS Loved your work with Alain on the Core 1 and using it all the time.

There probably will be a Core II DVD eventually, but not right away. We may possibly film it next fall, then it will need to be edited, etc.....
