I've been using yang QT on a client - 65 year old, lawyer/cowboy/horse whisperer/reiki practitioner. The QT I had done before learning core work had been extremely effective at alleviating pain in low back (degenerative discs)and both knees (blown out ACL's). The last two weeks however I've added some CT. Within 2 seconds he started to laugh. My fingertips were on either side of his left knee and he instantly got sensation in toes on his right foot that had been completely numb for a year. That was last week. Last night I again switched from yang to yin for his right shoulder (docs want to do a shoulder replacement - no cartilage, very limited ROM) There was nothing different in what my hands were doing, but again INSTANTLY he felt the shift, this time saying that he's getting energy all through his body.
He also reported this week that since the previous week of core work to the shoulder he was doing things he ordinary wouldn't with his right arm "forgetting" that it would hurt like hell and there was no pain at all. This work is so amazingly effective that as long as I keep plugging away, if I think I'm getting it or not, it works!
