Great discussion.

I have not long finished a basic workshop that I really enjoyed. I was thinking about what to do next and was reading the descriptions of SC and CT on the website. When I saw the CT description, I thought it was beautiful and so decided to do this workshop next. It sounded like a lovely description of the cranial process in lots of ways - very deep and very powerful and I was suddenly struck by this knowingness that I had to do the CT workshop before the SC.

I also took the basic not too long ago and am also drawn to the CT workshop more then the SC.. It will be interesting to hear how others feel about when to take each.
