Alain -- In the handout that came with the core transformation 1 DVD,s under Steam Release you say allow the energy that you are feeling to travel through your arms, body and out your feet and back into the earth.
Under Wombing it says it is done the same way. Does that include moving the energy through the body and into the earth. If so i didn,t pick up that point in the DVD,s Thanks Gord

Perhaps it would have been better to say as if.

The intention is not so much to let it literally travel through you as that you are an inter-connected flow. In a sense this travels through and out but it is more about your being an open flowing system. This is meant to be linked with the concept of "no separation" from what you are touching.

As you do the technique you "are" this flow.
