It was one of those boring moments where i got to sit immobile while getting my hair cut, so I thought, why not practise the QT core I techniques?

It got so relaxing that I kept 'nodding' away every time i go deeper into the core point. my hairstylist is a true expert; he kept snipping hair away so deftly throughout the 4,5 times I nodded away!!! My new hairstyle looks cool, no damage done ha! He just gave me a smile and said, 'wow, you're really tired.'

But I will never do that again... that's one risky thing to do during a haircut. =)

HA! I ran Basic on myself during a perm. Never do that either. The perm took REALLY well -- much too curly!
