Actually, it's just above the pituitary gland. It is referred to as the core point because it's the space we use when doing the Core Transformation techniques.

There is a major energy center there called the Zu Qio. It is in charge of mind power and the potential power of the brain. Potential meaning all those billions of brain cells we don't use. It is about the size of a cherry. It is explained and taught how to develope in Dr and Master Zhi Gang Sha's book, "Soul Mind Body Medicine".

In her book, working with your Chakras, Ruth White mentions and describes a “new” chakra, the Alter Major Chakra, corresponding with the “old” or “lizard brain”, before the division into the right and left hemispheres.

It is "new" because that is how she refers to it. It is not a part of the standard 7 chakras. It is below the brow chakra in the area of the nose. Just a bit of general information to allow you to explore further if you choose.

If there is a correlation between QT's CT core point and these other energy centers/chakras in the same vicinity, that's pretty cool.

I know when I'm going into my core point, it's a state of awareness I'm going into, not an actual biological or neurological mechanism. I don't know if that's correct, because all I'm going on here is the CT DVD set and my own intuition. However, I have seen what appears to be this other chakra/energy center/point when scanning other people for a session. It takes on a mother-of-pearl, or iridescent, color, and the size varies from person to person(probably one of those individual things of "where the person is currently"). It's in the exact same vicinity that all three of you have mentioned (Jana, Kweden, and NRGflow).
