Hey everybody, I'm going to go to this weeks core transformation class starting tonight and the rest of this weekend. I'm so excited! I look forward to discovering the new methods because they seem to be exactly what I need to help me trust the process in different ways.

Anyway, I gotta start packing to head to San Diego, woo hoo! See the rest of you soon. Smiler

Have a great time. I know you will. You can't go wrong with experiencing Core Transformation and San Diego in the same weekend.

I was in this Core Transformation workshop this past weekend and it was awesome! It was so much more than what I expected. Jody and Alain are great teachers and I appreciate their efforts in answering our questions with clarity.

I'm blown away by the tools I received... which came in handy this morning when I got hit on the side of the head above my ear. I tractor beamed out the sides of my head to loosen the bones that I felt were surely jammed. Then wombed the area and chased the strange shapes I saw.

I'll probably work on it a bit longer as I still feel a dull bit of stuck energy, but I'm much better.

yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah it's very cool. alain and jody are nuts! i mean that in the most positive sense. Wink

today, during my break at work i was wombing myself and felt a lot better and then started wombing others although they werent aware of it. Smiler good thing was, after my break was over my coworkers were able to arrange it so i can go home right then and there since i'm still sick. so i've had a good day!

but, i feel somewhat confused because i keep having to completely refresh my memory and figure out which technique is good for what and when would the yang type of qt work be more beneficial.

Hi Antranik,
When I first began and well into the learning process (which is still going on, and hopefully will never stop)I used to do an immediate and massive search in my mind similar to yours.
Finally, at one point, I had no time to search, decide and utilize. I was frantic!
(at the time, a Clydesdale horse had sat on my lap, and it was huge, I hurt, the horse hurt, no one was happy, and I hadda get it offa me or smother.) I just began to send like a mad thing. Oddly enough, I used whatever came to "hand" which worked nicely. The horse, having no idea that one does not sit on humans, rose gracefully into the air, then dropped its head toward me, allowing me to grasp its mane, helping me to rise.

I was a bit oooooofed to say the least, but from then on, I just began to run the energy, finding that the body receiving the energy would correct me, tell me what to use.

I am/was so grateful for that information.

Has anyone else had the body being worked on direct the type or placement of the energy?

It has happened to me very frequently, I just wondered. I start out properly, then find I am doing something else than that which my OWN mind had decided to do. The body being worked on is always right. Always.

PS: ever try to chase the pain on a Clydesdale?
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!.

healing to all, zeneagle

thanks for your reply zeneagle.

today when doing the yin breathe and wombing.. i found myself drifting to sleep! this seems to be a side effect of the yin breathe. is this happening to anyone else? i'm staying focused on the interesting things and all that good stuff, but i find myself being in that hypnogagic state of mind and even dreaming.

Remember in the class you are asked to practice the breath as you fall asleep and when you first wake to notice the effect, as well as deepening the experience. Your experience is one of the reasons you were asked to do this.

This "hypnogagic" state is akin to "dreamtime" as suggested by the aborigines of Australia; infinite access when you totally let go of the paradigms the world considers a normal state of being.

I cannot tell you how many times I've "slept" through running the energy, but the most interesting time was when I was standing up working on my sisters back. We both dropped to sleep at the same time and then awoke, mumbling apologies for falling asleep, then laughing when we realized we were in sync.

Another time I was sitting up in bed running energy on myself and awakened several hours later, still in the same position and still running the energy. This work is so amazing!

I guess it is human nature to want to automatically know which technique to use. I haven't figured that out yet either, as there were so many great techniques given at the Core Workshop. Smiler This morning I combined Supercharging and Core and it seemed to work fine.

Thanks Zen for the enlightening story about the horse and how you can use what ever comes to mind.
