Whenever i do a QIGONG exercice, while I breath trough the eyes, with my eyes closed, (behind the eyes) tears drop from my eyes, maybe it has to do with a lot of ennergy running trough my body, particulary around the eyes.
It happens after 2 or 3 minutes of exercice and goes till the end.
Does it happen to anybody else?
Wilson

Are you saying that when you practice Qigong and do the Core breathing together that you get the tearing?

Understand that Qigong heals the body in and of itself, though usually gradually, at times it can be very rapid. When blended with the Core breathing you are going to have even a deeper and faster reaction to energy.

While I have not experienced this reaction myself, except for a few moments at a time, no one else has ever mentioned it to me.

This implies that it may be something that is being healed within you and the reaction is tearing eyes. I will say that some "intensities of experience" will cause the eyes to water.

The other possibility is that you are physically focusing to hard. Be sure that you are not over stressing the physical focus with your eyes and see if that changes anything.

Hi Alain, now I'm confused.
The way you put it it seems that I'm doing something new, or mixing things. I'm doing the exercices like we find on the handsout given at CT Class.
Refer to pag 2 THE EXERCICES: ...THE FOCUS WHILE DOING THE BREATH IS BEHIND THE EYES.
So that's I what have been doing, by the way, is it what you call "CORE BREATHING" ?
It happened again yesterday and today, in fact my eyes get moisted (humid) no tear drops, only moisture.
I use reading glasses, +4 on both eyes, I'l pay attention to see if My vision is getting better.
Bye Wilson

Yes, we are mixing techniques when we do this. The Qigong on its own has no special breathing associated with it. Yes, that is the core breath.

Having extra saliva is a common thing to have happen when doing Qigong. The eye thing is different but semi-related in that there is more moisture. Let us know if your vision does improve.

Hi Mr. Wilson,
I have often had tearing during meditation and deep breathing (not specifically Core Transformation exersizes. I read a scientific article that examined the physical reasons why humans cry. It said that our bodies release unique stress chemicals and toxins through tears. Perhaps you are detoxing? Or releasing stress?
After focusing energy there which in turn
produces tears, I feel like my eyes are renewed and my vision is clearer. Often my eyes look whiter too.
Personally, I think "tearing up" can only be good!
