Hi All,
I have a question, in a session after I have applied Supercharging and than the Core 1 techniques not at the same time though, switching in one session from one to the other I am not sure if is it ok to apply the Elastic Light band at the end? Looking forward to your answers. |

Absolutely, Pinky. The U-NAN you've set is still doing its thing there and you want to seal in the energy in. End the session as usual.

Hi Pinky
If I feel there is to much resistance in the tissue when applying core transformation I like to do basic or sc.I've supercharged areas before doing core and I've found that the tissue/area is "softer" (easier flow) as doing directly core. I don't see any conflict in applying both methods and with the U-NAAN or the ELB it shouldn't be any different. You're not dissolving the U-NAAN or the ELB. I would let the ELB do it's work for a few days and than do core . Either way the energy released in the area will be there for a few days. I wouldn't worry the energy doesn't hurt. Hope it helps Einar |
