Alain & Jody,

I want to thank you both for such an awesome core class last weekend. I learned so much and am totally amazed at all the different techniques and how quickly a person could learn them. I thought it would take me years and years of practice to sense and feel the energy in myself and other people, and here I learned it all in a single weekend. I can't wait to take your Core II class.

If there is anyone around that hasn't taken this course yet, I highly recommend it.

I want to second what Lu had to say. I really appreciate all you taught us and for being you. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and I still hear your voices in my head reminding me to be ME! Wow!

And Lu thanks for asking all your questions again!

I have been and will be putting it all to use with two people I am working with now with broken bone injuries. I couldn't have taken this course at a better time and feel so fortunate to have learned these new tools. Much gratitude to you both for your dedication and all the people behind the scenes who make this work go ahead and support you in your teaching journey. You have touched so many lives! You have touched mine and I have such gratitude!

Took the Core 1 class in Idaho, taught by Jody.
Incredible, reminds of my shamanic training, except with practical directions to get into Core point. It was awesome, beautuful, and a lot of fun. Thanks to both of you for bringing this to the world in such a practical way.
