I was working on a friend's severe headache a few days ago. I started out with Supercharging and had just put the twelve colours into the client and had barely begun to sweep when I felt the energy suddenly stop and come to what felt like almost a still point and realized that I was going into the Core point.

At that point if I had tried I don't think I could have done the Supercharging. A yin breath was definitely called for. It was a very dramatic shift. All this happened unintentionally, I felt as though I was led to the point, so to speak, and it felt very right. I was just following the energy. Later that evening I was sending distance energy to the same person and that same thing happened again.

I thought it was kind of interesting leaving a big impression on me. AN a ha moment for sure. I definitely felt very much in the flow.

Nice work Karen. Antranik had posted a while back that you can try staying in the core point when doing SC as well. Staying in the core point helps me to visualize the energy and "connect" better even when sending the Supercharge. It's like as soon I'm in the core point everything becomes more vivid.

Blessings

Hi Steve,

I read what Antranik posted awhile back and I have since then tried mostly on myself combing Core Pt with the supercharging breath, experimenting. I guess I should try working more with it on others too.

I have used being in the Core point with Healing Touch and Reiki and Healing Touch/hypnotherapy all to great comments by clients, they go deeper. You can combine being in the Core point with anything you do energetically to great advantage I find.

I found this time was very interesting because it was as though the client/healer led me to this point. I didn't set out to intentionally be in the Core point. The healer's body was telling me what it needed. It was as if time and energy slowed down and went into a misty still point. In ten minutes the massive headache she had had for two days was gone. The client's comment was, "wow that was so wonderful." She was in charge. I felt she was telling me what she needed at that point. I had worked another time on a client eliminating their migraine with just Supercharging. Ok says I , I will try this approach again but I had to listen to the client and what she needed as an approach and be sensitive to the flow of energy as she needed it. if this makes sense.

I really like to be in the Core point for most of the work that I do now. A wonderful place to be for sure. Smiler
Blessings Karen

I've lately been putting the u-nan into the Core Point and then doing the yin breath - since every healing is different it's difficult to tell for sure, but I think it's stronger than either alone. I'm going to keep experimenting with this.
