Dear Jody and Alain,
I've just seen CORE DVD-s. It took me a week to see all of them. Thank you so much, for wonderful revelations. Your guidance helped me in a way that after a long long time I can feel again that I am really with myself. I felt such a comfort and a release. I'd like to share with all of you some of my experiences during exercises, and ask you few questions. Doing the grounding and rooting exercise, I've stayed in CP, feel the flow, and lots of blockages in my body too. My body starts to move in wave like formations- something like on the picture of old lady in script. So I decide to allow that, and not interrupt it with any intention or movement of my own. So the swinging starts to be stronger – so much that I could easily touch my toes and same distance to the back – without a flow I felt I'd fell on my head. So when that thought pop into my mind, movements decrease, and when I decide to follow the flow and trust it, no matter what, it begun strongly again, and I have a feeling that now I can't do movements on my own, that my body is doing exactly what it needs, and that I can't willingly step out of energy. After that my body starts to do some twisting, first the head from side to side, then arms, then hips. Those were unusual but smooth movements, dancing like, although foots were mostly at same positions. All the times my knees were bent a little, or more. At some point my left arm would be touching my right heel stretched from the back side of my body, in quite odd position. It was wild experience, and after that I felt I was fueled completely, widely awake, but very very calm and peaceful in mind. I find that when I'm walking just staying in the CP is making me more aware, but slow breathing tends to slow down my movements, and if I proceed with physical activity I find myself grasping for air. So I tried from CP to open lower tan –tien – feeling like it is indefinitely condensed, and go to 4-4 breathing, that I find comfortable enough while walking. Then I started to have interesting experiences – I seems that I was weightless, that I glide across surface, a lot quicker movements and more elegant. At the same time it improved my sense of grounding, and I have strong sensations of my aura, perceiving it at few glances. When doing tractor beam of the single cell of the bone marrow, after I released it, I sensed lot of buzzing like in the beehive, and some rearranging patterns in many colors. After tractor beaming a scapula, I felt that tendons were like worms, great fuss – almost panic – where to attach themselves? But after I release a scapula – calmness and relief came. Since I didn't went through supercharging, only QT and Core, I'd appreciate if you answer me what technique would you use for red patches on skin, or skin in general, spider-veins and psoriasis? Wooming? Wooming and poking? Today lightning bursted into ground some 30 meters from me. I was in the house, but the window was open, and I was right behind my back. It was incredible noise, and melting sensations in the air afterwards. Since at that moment that lightning burst I was in my CP, I was peaceful, but after I lost it I felt incredible pressure in my chest. After that everything I hear was very loud to me, it seems to me that I hear the ear liquid in my head and feel every hair like receptor in the ear. But my own voice I didn't hear quite well – it sounds not so quiet as though it come from some distance. I tried to steam my ears, and chest pressure, I tried to ground myself because I felt that I have excess energy, but that was hard because I immediately felt strong and unpleasant buzzing in the ground. I believe that I felt electric release in the ground after that lightning. So I did wooming my ears, and it looks like that woom is spinning like crazy, so I enlarged it until I felt some release. But now, since it is still turmoil, and I can see and hear more lightning, I feel stressed and feel fear and also some involuntarily clenches of hand muscles when I hear it. What technique would you recommend me to do? Can I woom myself completely? Thanks. |

Hi Jelena,
For the skin problems, womb the area. You can also "ride the flows" in the body and see if you can identify where the problems originate, and womb that. For the effects of the lightning strike, yes you can womb the whole body. You can also treat the emotion of fear this created. Feel where the fear is in your body and womb that area while you allow yourself to feel the fear. Also doing the 5 diaphragm breaths (in the beginning of the class) would probably be helpful. Hi Jody,
It seems that effects of that lightning are in my body attached to the memories of war, 15 years ago, where were sounds and flashes of heavy bomb explosions. Apparently there is a lot more than I ever thought: fear that I am totally powerless and unprotected, fear of being killed, memories of being forced to leave my home, anger about why was that happening to me - to name just few of them. I asked you about completely wooming myself, because when I tried it - it didn't seem to work. Your suggestion to let myself feel the emotions while doing it – make a huge difference. I also realize that was because I was unwilling to let myself feel all those emotions again. While doing this, still being in CP I started crying – that part I also did skipped at the time. There is a lot more to do about that, but now it’s comforting to know that I can heal myself. Thanks for your support. Jelena |

Hi Jelena,
I have had the same reaction to lightning & thunder. I was born in Germany during WWII and everytime we have a severe thunderstorm I would practically jump out of my skin. It's like bombs dropping and exploding, and it feels like I am right back in the war. Florida is known for these incredible thunderstorms. I have done what Jody suggested and it brings about a tremendous release of these stuck emotions, lots of tears and pain coming up. Just know that it's all part of the healing process. Also I'm not quite as jumpy anymore during a thunderstorm. When I finish wombing myself I place a Mother of Pearl blanket around baby Linda and I feel protected. You also might want to purchase the 12 color meditation CD from the Q-T office it will be of great value to you. Just keep working on yourself everyday and you'll be OK. Love & Gratitude, Linda |

Thanks for your replay and tip's. I'll give it a try or better said I'll play with experiencing those colors. Being an artist is sounds like lots of fun and interesting discoveries to me. Part of the shock was discovery that I didn’t forget those fears, but merely swept them under the carpet. That event, no matter how unpleasant was – also gave me the opportunity to balance myself and let go of those frozen energy and terrifying memories. But with that discovery also came a relief – that I don't have to suffer any more from it and hide my vulnerability under the mask of strength and endurance.
