I'm really enjoying the yin approach, and now therefore wondering if there's a yin way to do the weight control and reverse ageing techniques we learned in Supercharging?

The same techniques that are in the SC work can be done and then use the core breath in conjunction with them. You would want to womb and then open the area that you would normally send to.

There is at present nothing else associated with these 2 topics that we have experimented with.

Gee - can you link over to the weight loss forum? This info would be great (and appreciated) there...
