hi,
after having read the book about core transformation I have a 'systemic question' In qt basic and supercharging we 'suck' energy out of the soil and send it somewhere with a special breathing technique.Everything clear. What i know so far is that this state of activity is part of YANG. As i am already that used to this technique I have troubles now to hit the difference to Yin in CT. I can definetively feel the energy coming upwards in the body , yet no real direction just feeling it in and around me. Static. Now my question: When i do the QT basic and SC. Do i lead YIN throug my body? I find so far that the only difference is that i move energy in QT/basics/SC and get it out. I do not get the difference between yin and yang energy. Why on the one hand it is yang in basic while on the other hand is yin in CT when BOTH are coming out of the ground ? Should i take energy from above to lead it into my body beginning with the feet in basic QT ? I understand the techniques. But i do not know how to differ when they come out of the same source (soil). a question due to the origin not to the techniques. can that be answered pls ? regards ewald1 This message has been edited. You thinking is too linear, ewald1. Yes, in the basic and SC you are drawing energy up from your feet to your head, and out your arms. But actually it is not necessarily coming from the earth. It doesn't matter where it comes from, just what you do with it. So in the basic/SC sweep and breath, you are directing it in a specific way, and sending it out. Major "DOING".
With the Core work, the difference is that you are not "doing", you are "being". The energy comes from everywhere, and sometimes you focus on it in a particular way, but the emphasis is that you are not sending or leading it anywhere. You are just noticing it, in different ways depending on your focus. All the exercises shown in the DVD and book are very important, in order to help you quiet your system and stop "doing", so that you can notice the subtle things that are going on. Then you can really get into "being", and therefore affect your client by demonstrating the changes of unwinding and opening in yourself. If you tend to be left-brained, this may be hard to follow; the best I can suggest is just try it. Start by just doing the core breath, quietly and peacefully as you touch someone and see what happens. Don't even worry about the techniques at first--really try to do nothing except relax into breathing. That's the state you need to work from, and the techniques are secondary. If you "DO", you get in your own way. Good luck! Jody Herriott, Licensed Acupuncturist Ashland, OR Core Transformation instructor |

This is a way i can see it, yes. yes, i can follow that. I can be in that quiet state in the core point, and- oh wonder i could see it in my inner eye (after wombing) the kidney turning to an embryo. As we say in german nursing 'a stone was born' I personnally keep QT for a mix of the most effective techniques in spiritual healing in an easy to do manner. Therefore i like it that much. So i really dont have problems to DO oder to BE. But as i go in depth i understand that we move chi(ki=prana=qui=life force energy etc..)+intention+love. In the book Mr. Alain Herriot mentioned qi gong. to get me right, how to do is not really a problem but for my inner schedule I personally have to differ. Mainly i would like to know the difference between yin and yang energy. Their sources. Maybe not a specific qt question I understand and appreciate your answer. And as you proposed i could imagine it. Qt touch is taught in a joyfull manner. I just wanted to play and to mix at one time. I am going to post an amazing video which inspired me that much I know that energy would make circles if that would be my intention. I just want to get deeper into the ancient system. Nevertheless it is not easy for me to understand that the static energy yin would immediately turn to yang when i move it. playful as i am i searched for chi and yin and yang and this video inspired me: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...c3Es&feature=related Because of the amazing things i was allowed to see with qt i believe that this would be possible. Finally because i can feel the energy really good (i think) i am more interested in qui gong. (the shaolins protecting 'hard chi' is also very impressing). I confess:Maybe not a question due to CT per se. But as yin is mentioned and also yang this question came about. regards ewald1 This message has been edited. Last edited by: ewald1, |

QT I/P |
Hi Ewald, as I understand it - there is no difference in source of energy - there is the one source; only in our focus and perception of ourselves and energy we perceive it differently. With Love, Jelena |

Hello Ewald,
I posted a similar quetion some time ago in the general discussions section and still could not understand until I read the Core book. As I understand it, the source is ONE. What makes it yin or yang is the method by which it is offered. In basic and SC the energy field is actively raised and directed, while in Core, we just be present in the NOW and the other person is invited to open up also . Another example is if you have a dirty child, you can put him under the shower and give him a good scrubbing but you may also immerse yourself into a pool, invite him in and allow the dirt to dissolve. nicky |

Yin and Yang are not static terms. They are relative, more like adjectives. You can think of Yin as passive, and Yang as active. So some things (energy or other things) can be a bit of both. If you have seen the Yin/Yang symbol (sorry I don't know how to post one), the yin (black) side has a dot of white in it and the yang (white) side has a dot of black in it. There is always some yin in yang, and some yang in yin. If you do a google search, you can probably find lots of material to read about yin and yang theory. We just use those words to describe the difference between the two ways of working with energy. Hope this helps!

Yeesss
thats it: i immediately got it with the pictures nicky took for example. Jody and Jelena gave me the schedule for my inner plan. I googled very much indeed but i nowhere really found it described to that exact point. source is one is clear (why did that not come along into my mind-its so spiritual , isn't it ?..)...rather qualities...showering or bathing. I am really amazed. I got it Thank you ! regards ewald1 vienna, austria This message has been edited. Last edited by: ewald1, |
