Try this? How quickly can you pour a glass of juice? Imagine this. Then substitute yourself as the glass with a pitcher pouring each color in turn until you're full and overflowing.

i too have a Q here:

The described process is to do this meditation for 3 weeks 2 times a day.

I have 2 colors that are really difficult, would it disturb the process if i practiced ONLY these 2 colors during dead moments throughout the day in addition to my 2 times-a-day all-color-sessions?

thanks

It is fine to do that as long as you do the full meditation morning and evening.

In time, with practice, the colors will come instantly as soon as you think of them.

Thanks, its already happening! And adding the color to the energy, as suggested on the DVD, is boosting A LOT. It makes the energy cut through like a knife ... thanks for this!!

One more question: it is about the color-labeling ...

I am dutch and have a quite strong tendency to mix dutch/english names non-consistently when saying the colors. As the end-goal is to bring up the the colors just by naming, I think consistent naming is actually very important, am I right?

thanks

I dont think the name of the colors are nearly as important as visulizing the correct color.. I think you could call them anything you wanted, as long as you see the correct color in your mind..
The first 6 colors come from the inside out, so I use, much like Cris suggested, imagine filling with the colors from the inside out .. each color I visulize as makeing me solidly that color from the inside out, then replaced by the next color from the inside out..
The last 6 colors are from the outside in, and I visulize jumping into vats of each color, and that color then sinks into me, and again colors me solidly with that color..
I dont even think about the names of the colors actually, I just see the colors.. ;-)

I understand your approach and see and recognize its application while using the colors during QT.

regarding the balancing effect of imagining all colors: The DVD clearly states that after the 3 weeks of practice just naming the colors is sufficient to get the balancing effect. This sounds like a sort of shortcut with execution time < 30 secs. Can you do it this fast without the naming?

My feeling, personally, is that it does not really matter what you CALL the color, as long as you are visulizing the correct color.. but if you are concerned about mixing the dutch and english names, why not just make a point of using both names for each color for now.. call it the dutch name, then the english name, then visulize the color.. then after 3 weeks, relax and just say the colors in either dutch or english, as you will have established the association of either word with the correct color..

mind you, this is just MY thoughts on the subject.. you probably need to email Alain if you want an offical decision on it.. ;-)

Pennie is correct. What you call the colour isn't important. Visualizing the colour correctly is.

This information is available in the new Supercharging book. Alain provides detailed explanation of what each color is used for.

Hello
I would like to share my experiences with the 12 colours so far.
First time I did it, sent a wave of electricity going up and down my spine. Now it evokes a protective, calming feeling.Sometimes I do a quickening and sometimes I do it full, depending on the situation.Normally I don't have problems visualizing but occasionally I get 'stuck' with a colour so I spend more time on it to let it infuse. If I do it lying down, I risk sleeping in the metallic colours Smiler
Occasionally(and this is irritating)I call a colour and my mind brings me the next one;eg if I call blue, I get magenta but since it does not happen every time I'm not that concerned about it.
Another thing that I'm attributing to the 12 colours(and the amplification technique?) is that I'm getting loads of lucid dreams.
A tip from beginner to fellow beginners; When I received the book and saw the 12 colours, they sort of felt dull, but suddenly it occured to me that the room was not properly lighted EekerI think the best way to see them is outdoors in natural light. When I view them outside they 'jump' at me Big Grin
