When doing the Amplification process you are suppose to bring the chakras into the body. Why not leave them where they are? I've tried both and seem to get pretty much the same results, and I won't be doing this again right before bed!

It is my understanding that by bringing the chakras into the body, we 'flavour' the energy we offer the client with each of these chakras. When we spin up the central channel, we end up increasing the spin of 12 chakras instead of 7, which makes the amplification all the more powerful.

When you bring 8-12 into the body, you open the channel through the body more completely. This allows you to access much greater energy flow, whether in yourself or in someone else. In effect the energy above and below is allowed to travel more quickly through the body, this allows people to entrain much faster.
