I've been seeing remarkable results using the Supercharging techniques for quite some time. However, while I was reading the Supercharging book last night, I was again confused when I reviewed the U-Nan section.

After placing the U-Nan pattern in the area needing energy, we're supposed to set it and forget it. But then we're supposed to intone U-Nan with every breath!!

In spite of the results I've seen, I've NEVER intoned U-Nan simply because something simply has NEVER made any sense to me: How can I "forget" the U-Nan if I'm constantly reminding myself of the U-Nan I'm trying to "forget" by intoning U-Nan with every breath?

Blessings,

It's not that you HAVE to forget it. "Set it and forget it" just means that you don't have to keep focusing on the UNAN pattern that you just placed.

Thanks, Jody. Now I can intone U-Nan and look forward to seeing even MORE remarkable results!

Hi, Rick.

Intoning the U-NAN is where the bulk of the power of the technique comes. You can think of it as a complementary and essential aspect of the U-NAN itself. It has its 3D energetic expression and an aural expression or chord. I like to think of it as similar to toning as taught in the basic workshops, but far more powerful. Toning on steroids. Smiler
