Is it something I can learn from the book?

It is part of the Supercharging Advanced course and is not covered in the book. I don't have the videos, so can't tell you what is covered there. It is a fairly involved process and isn't easily covered in this forum, so I would suggest if anyone knows about the video they could respond and if it is you could purchase the videos or attend the Supercharging workshop in person.

I have done a core transformation class but not supercharging. I purchased the supercharging dvd last fall and find its techniques produce incredible results, if you practice them 30 minutes a day. Buy it or attend a class as soon as you can!!

I live in Europe. Is there a Region 2 edition of the DVD available?

Go to the QT online store and you can see what is available. It is in both NTSC and PAL versions.
