Hi Alain, a question about the Reversed Aging.
Let's refer to step by steb described on pages 133 and 134. On number 4, when I increase the breathing to a 4-4 pattern, do I keep intoning "U-NAN" ? Same goes for number 5, do I keep intoning "U_NAM" ? Same for 7, whatever breathing, with "U_NAM" ? And, do I go on vortexing or spining the White Life Force Ellippse that was mentioned on number 5? Hi Wilson,
Once the U-NAN is in the body you tone U-NAN to yourself with each sweep and breath. Once the vortexing is "up to speed" or feels free wheeling, for lack of a better word, then that part is on autopilot. From here you just sweep and breathe saying U-NAN to yourself. Thanks Alain, I' startde doing it to my mother last friday.

Ceram, yes, you say U-NAN to yourself for the full hour. There will be times when you space out and it all goes subliminal, when this out there state is over just go back to saying U-NAN as you sweep and breathe again.
Wilson, once you have completed the set up, you do not need to stay focused on her ellipse. All you need to do is sweep and breathe saying U-NAN to yourself for her as you work. Note that it is U-NAN not U-NAM Alain Herriott instructor (advanced QT classes) |

I try to do the full hour in the morning, before getting up, and sometimes I fall asleep, but I can generally still feel everything spinning! Thank you again Ceram |
