Practising quantum touch at times has been a powerful meditation for me & at other times the energy flowing through me has felt like hot water running over sores at the locations of my chakras. My explanation for this is that blockages in my chakras needed healing. Rebirthing allows me to heal them on my own easier than with QT.

I am now studying rebirthing/breathwork & after my 2nd rebirthing session I was positive that this is what my body had been trying to do for years & I had been stopping it by not breathing appropriately. Connected breathing is a simple & extremely powerful technique which I feel would greatly benefit quantum touch. I also feel that rebirthers would be able to heal while also raising their own energy if they would incorporate the body sweeping into the practise.
