Hi all,I put my question to all practitioners on advanced levels:
Has anybody experience with treating restless legs (+ insomnia of course)? I have a very severe case in my practice, the syndrom lasts since 7 years. She had many therapies with no success at all. She will come in two weeks for her first QT session with me. Are there key areas like the brain? Should I teach her the Core point? Thanks for sharing your experiences, Bianca |

In Jin Shin Jyutsu, "Safety Energy Lock" #8 is considered helpful in restless legs. This is located at the crease behind the knees on the lateral (outside) part of the crease. The location can be a little different on different people, so your best bet is to hold the outside edge of the crease behind the knees with your palms - that way, you're sure to get it. You can hold them both at the same time.

Thanks Jocelyn,
I will try that and I am very interested to find out how these points respond to my hands! So far the patient doesn't feel her body very well, so I won't have much feedback. But who knows... She is very keen in getting to know QT. Bianca |
