I just love Quantum Touch and Qigong.
About a month ago I watched the Supercharging DVD and straight after started practising the Mind-Body-Spirit Integration Meditation and U-Nan for reversed aging and other things like general and distance healing for my family and friends.

Today I went to my hairdresser for a cut and she asked me if I'd coloured my hair because it was quite different to the last time I went to see her 5 weeks ago. Wow - and I thought I'd been imagining things in the mirror as I had noticed a change myself in the last week or so.

I've also noticed that some spots from sun damage on my face have faded as well. This is the best - I'm helping others and helping myself at the same time - I'm very happy!

Congratulations, Seeker! That sounds fantastic! Sounds like it is about time I find me a SuperCharging class to attend! Then again I have been wanting that for a long time!

Guess I will save up my tips for the video first...

Hey -- sounds cool -- How do you do this reverse aging meditation/technique?

It's a technique learned by taking the Supercharging course, Dean. Either directly or by purchasing the DVD. I suspect that one gets a lot more out of it by taking the course itself.

Back when I was first getting in my practice hours I was working with a client that I had known for years. I was running energy into her face when I noticed a shift that had taken place structurally.... something physically moved. I continued my work and after the session I was noticing how much younger she looked... but I made no comment. After the session she went in to use the facilities before leaving so we ended up meeting again in the parking lot. I couldn't help but continue to notice the change that had taken place. I finally mentioned to her that she looked 10 years younger. At that point she laughed and agreed stating "I know!". She couldn't believe it when she had seen herself in the mirror after the session. She had noticed it as well.....

ow, that sounds fantastic...I am far from the QT Supercharging (I am currently practicing the Basic Course).
I've done some ultra short sessions on my nose to correct a little perspective which might get straighter. I have had the impression of a certain shift.
That, and I am only at the *very* beginning.

This shift was actually with a client that I had while I was getting my hours for the basic class. I have been doing other energy work for years but that night I was strictly running just QT.
Excellent on the impressions of the shift... sometimes we receive impressions as the change is actually taking place.
